Complete your meal with this simple Air Fryer Baked Potatoes recipe! Cut through crispy potato skin to find soft and fluffy potatoes, and top with butter and sour cream for a satisfying side.

INGREDIENTS
  

  • 2 Russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Optioanl Toppings

  • butter
  • sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • shredded cheese
  • bacon bits
  • chives

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Thoroughly rinse the potatoes, remove any dirt, and pat dry.
  • Rub olive oil and salt all over the potatoes.
  • Air fry the potatoes at 400°F for 30 minutes, flip, then cook for 5-10 minutes or until a fork can easily slide through.

NOTES

  • Depending on the size of your potatoes, cooking time will vary. 
  • There are so many delicious topping options for these baked potatoes, including butter, sour cream, bacon, and cheese!
  • While I love Russet potatoes in this recipe, Yukon Gold is a good substitute!
