Whip up these Air Fryer Breakfast Bombs for a filling and flavorful breakfast! Scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and lots of melty cheese are stuffed inside a soft, buttery biscuit, perfect for busy mornings and breakfast on the go!

EQUIPMENT

  • Air Fryer
  • Knife
  • Basting brush

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large can refrigerator biscuits
  • 6 oz cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs, scrambled and cooked
  • 4 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp coarse salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cut the cheese evenly into 16 cubes and set aside.
  • Open the can of biscuits and split each one in half.
  • Add a teaspoonful of bacon, a spoonful of scrambled eggs, and a cheese cube to the biscuit. Then, pull the sides of the biscuit up and pinch them together to secure.
  • Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with salt.
  • Place the breakfast bombs in the air fryer, ensuring there is space between each one for them to grow. Cook at 350°F for 6 minutes. You may need to cook these breakfast bombs in batches.

NOTES

  • To make these breakfast bombs extra special, sprinkle them with freshly grated parmesan cheese before cooking.
  • Add a little spice to the bombs by adding chopped jalapenos to the eggs while they cook or using pepper jack cheese.
  • Make these vegetarian by using plant-based bacon or sausage.
