INGREDIENTS
1large canrefrigerator biscuits
6ozcheddar cheese
3eggs, scrambled and cooked
4piecesbacon, cooked and crumbled
1tbspbutter, melted
1tspcoarse salt

INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the cheese evenly into 16 cubes and set aside.
Open the can of biscuits and split each one in half.
Add a teaspoonful of bacon, a spoonful of scrambled eggs, and a cheese cube to the biscuit. Then, pull the sides of the biscuit up and pinch them together to secure.
Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with salt.
Place the breakfast bombs in the air fryer, ensuring there is space between each one for them to grow. Cook at 350°F for 6 minutes. You may need to cook these breakfast bombs in batches.
NOTES
To make these breakfast bombs extra special, sprinkle them with freshly grated parmesan cheese before cooking.
Add a little spice to the bombs by adding chopped jalapenos to the eggs while they cook or using pepper jack cheese.
Make these vegetarian by using plant-based bacon or sausage.
