Air Fryer French Toast is a classic 15-minute recipe that’s sure to please the whole breakfast table with flavorful brioche bread, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon.

- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 6 slices brioche bread
In a wide, shallow bowl, crack each of the eggs and whisk them together.
Add the milk, cinnamon, and vanilla to the eggs and thoroughly whisk all the ingredients.
Lightly spray your air fryer basket with cooking oil. Then, doing so one slice at a time, dip the brioche bread in the egg mixture, coating both sides of the bread.
Next, place as many pieces in your air fryer basket as you can without overlapping slices.
Air fry at 350°F for 3-5 minutes, flip each piece, then air fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until golden.
Top with your favorite toppings like fresh berries, powdered sugar, whipped cream, or syrup, and enjoy!
- Each air fryer is different, so make a test slice of French toast if you haven’t made it in your air fryer before.
- This is a great meal to make when you have bread that’s going stale.
