Chop up cabbage and onion, then slice your red and green bell peppers.
Cut smoked sausage diagonally and set aside.
Add your cabbage, onion, red peppers and green peppers to a large mixing bowl. Pour in olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and toss to coat.
Add the seasoned vegetables and kielbasa to your air fryer and cook at 375 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, making sure to toss in the air fryer basket at the halfway point.

Reheating and Storage informationThis recipe makes 2 servings, but if you have leftovers, you can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat the leftovers, simply place them in the air fryer at 350 degrees F for 5-7 minutes or until heated through. You can also reheat them in the microwave, but the texture may not be as crispy.
