Air Fryer Kielbasa and Cabbage

INGREDIENTS
  

  • 2 Cabbage, chopped
  • 1/1 Sweet Onion, diced
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Salt
  • 1/2 Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Garlic Powder
  • 7 Kielbasa sausage, cut diagonally (one sausage link)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Chop up cabbage and onion, then slice your red and green bell peppers.
  • Cut smoked sausage diagonally and set aside.
  • Add your cabbage, onion, red peppers and green peppers to a large mixing bowl. Pour in olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and toss to coat.
  • Add the seasoned vegetables and kielbasa to your air fryer and cook at 375 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, making sure to toss in the air fryer basket at the halfway point.

NOTES

Reheating and Storage information
This recipe makes 2 servings, but if you have leftovers, you can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat the leftovers, simply place them in the air fryer at 350 degrees F for 5-7 minutes or until heated through. You can also reheat them in the microwave, but the texture may not be as crispy.
