Add the pulled pork to the air fryer and warm up for 3 minutes at 350 degrees. (If using cold pork just pulled out of the refrigerator, check after 3 minutes to make sure it’s warmed through, if not continue until fully heated.)
Take the pork out of the air fryer and set aside.
Cut a piece of parchment paper and fit into your air fryer basket. (Make sure none of the paper is overlapping above the top of the basket. Parchment paper is perfectly safe to use in your air fryer as long as you don’t have any hanging over to get caught in the heating elements).
Add the tortilla chips to the lined air fryer basket first.
Then drizzle on all the cheese dip and half of the bbq sauce.
Add the pulled pork, both the cheddar and Monterey cheese and drizzle on the rest of the bbq sauce.
Air fry for 3-5 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Sprinkle on your favorite toppings and then lift the nachos out of the air fryer basket using the parchment paper, place onto a plate and enjoy!
