INSTRUCTIONS
Thoroughly rinse the potatoes, remove any dirt, and pat dry.
Rub olive oil and salt all over the potatoes.
Air fry the potatoes at 400°F for 30 minutes, flip, then cook for 5-10 minutes or until a fork can easily slide through.
