IN THE FRIDGE: Store leftover potatoes in an air-tight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
IN THE FREEZER: These potatoes aren’t good candidates for freezing.

FAQS
If the potatoes weren’t completely dry, they won’t get crispy in the air fryer. Be sure to dry them well before covering them in oil.
There’s no need to pierce the potatoes when cooking with an air fryer.
Wrapping them in foil will hold in moisture, and you won’t get a crispy potato skin. Skip the foil and put the potatoes directly in the air fryer basket.
