INGREDIENTS
2poundChicken Wings
1cupHot Sauce , (Franks or Crystal)
3/4cupUnsalted Butter
2tbspWhite Vinegar
1tspWorcestershire Sauce
1tspGarlic Powder
1PinchCayenne Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the air fryer at 400° for 5 minutes. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Place the wings in the air fryer basket and place in the air fryer. Set for 400° and air fry for 10 minutes. Flip the wings and spray with cooking spray. Lower the air fryer temperature to 390° and fry for another 10 minutes. Flip the wings, spray with cooking spray and cook for another 5 minutes if frozen.
While the wings are frying, make the buffalo sauce. Add all the sauce ingredients to a small saucepan and heat till the butter has melted and the sauce seems to start bubbling a little around the edges. Remove from the heat.
You can coat the wings in the sauce, tossing to coat, or dip the wings in the sauce as you are eating.
