Super easy to make with just a handful of ingredients and a few minutes of kitchen time, these air fryer burgers are worth a shot!

EQUIPMENT

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Meat Thermometer
  • 1 Mixing Bowls

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add the ground beef, seasoning salt, onion powder and garlic powder. Use your hands to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Separate the beef into four equal patties.
  • Place the patties in your air fryer basket without crowding and overlapping them. (Any 5.8 Qt air fryer and above should fit four burgers but if you have a smaller air fryer, you may need to cook these in two batches.
  • Cook for 6 minutes at 370 degrees fahrenheit. Open the basket and flip each burger patty. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes or to your doneness liking. Just make sure to check the burgers with an internal meat thermometer to make sure the beef reaches 160 degrees fahrenheit.
  • Top each air fryer burger with cheese and cook for an additional minute or until the cheese is melted.
