HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER BURGERS

- Separate the beef into four equal patties.
- Place the patties in your air fryer basket without crowding and overlapping them. (Any 5.8 Qtr. air fryer and above should fit four burgers but if you have a smaller air fryer, you may need to cook these in two batches.
- Cook for 6 minutes at 370 degrees Fahrenheit. Open the basket and flip each burger patty. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes or to your doneness liking. Just make sure to check the burgers with an internal meat thermometer to make sure the beef reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Top each air fryer burger with cheese and cook for an additional minute or until the cheese is melted.
HELPFUL NOTES:
- If you have a dual type air fryer that cooks from the top and the bottom, it’s not necessary to flip the patties in the middle of cooking.
- You can add bbq sauce to the ground beef mixture before forming the patties if you’d like.
STORAGE AND REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Hamburgers can be reheated in the microwave until heated through.
- Store in a plastic baggie or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze them individually (without cheese) for up to a month.
