The sweet, rich flavor of grilled corn (without having to stand over a hot BBQ!) with melted butter and salt is an easy crowd pleaser that will bring people back for seconds!

INGREDIENTS
4Ears of Corn
2TablespoonOlive Oil
2TeaspoonsSalt
2TeaspoonsPepper
4TablespoonsButter, softened
Fresh Parsley, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the husks from each ear of corn if needed. Rinse corn and pat dry.
Set corn on a large plate, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on salt and pepper, then roll the corn around to cover all sides.
Place the seasoned ears of corn in a single layer in the air fryer basket, then cook for 6 minutes at 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
Open the basket, flip each piece then cook for an additional 6 minutes.
Butter each piece and sprinkle on some freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm.
NOTES
Each air fryer is different, so the amount of cobs that fit will depend on the size of yours. Just be sure to keep a single layer of corn in the basket, and cook in batches if necessary.
