Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

The sweet, rich flavor of grilled corn (without having to stand over a hot BBQ!) with melted butter and salt is an easy crowd pleaser that will bring people back for seconds!

EQUIPMENT

  • Air Fryer

INGREDIENTS
  

  • 4 Ears of Corn
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Pepper
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, softened
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Remove the husks from each ear of corn if needed. Rinse corn and pat dry.
  • Set corn on a large plate, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on salt and pepper, then roll the corn around to cover all sides.
  • Place the seasoned ears of corn in a single layer in the air fryer basket, then cook for 6 minutes at 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Open the basket, flip each piece then cook for an additional 6 minutes.
  • Butter each piece and sprinkle on some freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm.

NOTES

  • Each air fryer is different, so the amount of cobs that fit will depend on the size of yours. Just be sure to keep a single layer of corn in the basket, and cook in batches if necessary.
  • Mix up the flavors and try adding in your favorite herbs and spices.
