Air Fryer Cornbread is quick, simple, and absolutely delightful! Sweet and fluffy, it makes a great snack or side dish for any meal. It’s no wonder cornbread is a classic!
EQUIPMENT

Round Cake Pan
INGREDIENTS
1cupcornmeal
1cupflour
1/3cupsugar
1tspsalt, 2 tsp if you prefer saltier cornbread
1tbspbaking powder
1egg
1cupcreamed corn
1/3cupvegetable oil
Prevent your screen from going dark
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients to the bowl and mix until just combined.
Spray a round 8-inch cake pan with cooking spray and pour in the batter. Use a spatula to even out the top, then cover with foil.
Place your pan into the air fryer at 360°F for 25- 30 minutes or until fully set. If an inserted toothpick comes out clean, the cornbread is done.
Remove from the air fryer and let it cool in the pan slightly before slicing.
Serve warm with butter, honey, or jam.
NOTES
As you mix, be sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl, so everything is incorporated.
