Whip up these simple and flavorful Air Fryer Deviled Eggs, perfect as a snack, appetizer, or side dish!

EQUIPMENT

  • Air Fryer
  • Knife

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp relish
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • paprika, for dusting

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place the eggs directly on the grate in an air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 250°F for 15-17 minutes. Once done, remove the eggs from the air fryer and place them into a large bowl with ice water. Allow them to sit for 5-10 minutes before peeling.
  • Once peeled, cut each egg in half lengthways. Then, carefully scoop the yolks into a medium bowl and use a fork to break them up.
  • Add the mayonnaise, relish, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix thoroughly. Divide the deviled egg filling equally among the egg whites and dust with paprika.

NOTES

  • Air fryers are all a bit different so I recommend making a hard-boiled egg as a test if you haven’t made them in the air fryer before.
  • Allow the eggs to cool completely in an ice bath for easier peeling.
  • I prefer to pat the relish dry before adding it to the yolk mixture so the filling doesn’t become runny.
