3tbspmayonnaise

paprika, for dusting

INSTRUCTIONS
Place the eggs directly on the grate in an air fryer basket.
Air fry at 250°F for 15-17 minutes. Once done, remove the eggs from the air fryer and place them into a large bowl with ice water. Allow them to sit for 5-10 minutes before peeling.
Once peeled, cut each egg in half lengthways. Then, carefully scoop the yolks into a medium bowl and use a fork to break them up.
Add the mayonnaise, relish, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix thoroughly. Divide the deviled egg filling equally among the egg whites and dust with paprika.
NOTES
Air fryers are all a bit different so I recommend making a hard-boiled egg as a test if you haven’t made them in the air fryer before.
Allow the eggs to cool completely in an ice bath for easier peeling.
I prefer to pat the relish dry before adding it to the yolk mixture so the filling doesn’t become runny.
