Air Fryer Everything Bagel Chicken Tenders

INGREDIENTS
  

  • 1 lb Chicken tenderloins, Boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Everything But the Bagel seasoning
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Spray the air fryer tray/basket with cooking spray.
  • Mix breadcrumbs with everything but the bagel seasoning, pour on a plate and set aside.
  • Whisk the egg, milk, garlic powder and onion powder together.
  • Pat the chicken tenderloins dry with a paper towel.
  • Mix the Panko Breadcrumbs and Everything But the Bagel Seasoning together in a bowl. Dip the chicken tenderloins into the egg mixture, shake any excess egg off and then dredge in the breadcrumb/everything bagel mixture. Place the coated chicken tenderloins into your air fryer basket and lightly spray the tops of the tenderloins with cooking spray.
  • Cook on the air fry setting at 360F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until golden brown and the tenderloins are fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165F.
  • Serve as is or with ranch dressing for dipping, enjoy!
