Spray the air fryer tray/basket with cooking spray.
Mix breadcrumbs with everything but the bagel seasoning, pour on a plate and set aside.
Whisk the egg, milk, garlic powder and onion powder together.
Pat the chicken tenderloins dry with a paper towel.
Mix the Panko Breadcrumbs and Everything But the Bagel Seasoning together in a bowl. Dip the chicken tenderloins into the egg mixture, shake any excess egg off and then dredge in the breadcrumb/everything bagel mixture. Place the coated chicken tenderloins into your air fryer basket and lightly spray the tops of the tenderloins with cooking spray.
Cook on the air fry setting at 360F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until golden brown and the tenderloins are fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165F.
Serve as is or with ranch dressing for dipping, enjoy!
