INGREDIENTS
2cupHamburger Dill Pickle Chips
1cupAll Purpose Flour
1tspGarlic powder
1tspOnion powder
1tbspCajun seasoning
1tspSeasoning Salt
2tbspYellow Cornmeal
1cupCooking Oil Spray

INSTRUCTIONS
Drain the pickle chips and pat them dry. Set them aside on a plate lined with paper towels.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, cajun seasoning, seasoning salt and cornmeal.
Place the pickles into the flour mixture in batches and coat both sides well.
Add as many flour coated pickles to the air fryer that will fit without overlapping and spray them all with cooking spray. (Make sure to coat them well to avoid flour spots).
Cook for 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Open the air fryer and flip all of the pickles, spray the pickles again on the top facing side, then cook for an additional 5 minutes.

These Air Fryer fried pickles taste best when they are enjoyed fresh and hot- right after they are cooked. If you do have some leftovers that you want to store, remember to use an airtight container to store them.
They can stay fresh in your refrigerator for up to 3 days, and will need to be air fried again to retain their crispiness.
