INGREDIENTS
2cupPumpkin Seeds, (fresh)
2tspAvocado Oil
1tbspSeasoning Salt
1tspPaprika
1tspGarlic Powder
1/2tspPepper

INSTRUCTIONS
After removing seeds from your pumpkin, make sure to rinse them well and thoroughly pat them dry.
In a small bowl, mix the seasoning salt, avocado oil, paprika, garlic powder and pepper together and set these spices aside.
Pour the pumpkin seeds into a large bowl, then toss to coat with the avocado oil.
Next add your dry spice mixture and evenly coat all the pumpkin seeds.
Pour the pumpkin seeds to the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper and cook (on the air fry setting) for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F, stirring the seeds every 5-10 minutes as the cook.
