Super crunchy and deliciously seasoned, these Air Fryer Pumpkin Seeds are addictive, and a healthy snack that you can enjoy guilt-free. And that’s not all- they are extremely easy to make, too!

- Seasoning Salt
- Paprika
- Garlic Powder

HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER PUMPKIN SEEDS
- After removing seeds from your pumpkin, make sure to rinse them well and thoroughly pat them dry.
- In a small bowl, mix the seasoning salt, avocado oil, paprika, garlic powder and pepper together and set these spices aside.
- Pour the pumpkin seeds into a large bowl, then toss to coat with the avocado oil.
- Next add your dry spice mixture and evenly coat all the pumpkin seeds.
- Pour the pumpkin seeds to the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper and cook (on the air fry setting) for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F, stirring the seeds every 5-10 minutes as the cook.
HELPFUL NOTES:
- Based on your personal preference, you can experiment with different seasonings. Garlic salt, chili powder, cayenne pepper, white pepper, nutmeg powder, cumin powder, cinnamon sugar are all good choices.
- Struggling to remove the extra pulp around the pumpkin seeds? Consider boiling the seeds, and then follow the rest of the recipe as is.
- Each Air Fryer model is different. Remember to keep checking the seeds every now and then to make sure they don’t end up getting burned.
STORAGE AND REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
The Air Fryer Pumpkin Seeds can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature, and can stay fresh in there for up to 2 weeks.

If you don’t have avocado oil, you can make do with olive oil, butter, clarified butter or almost any other oil of your choice.
Remember to shake the Air Fryer basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure that the pumpkin seeds are all cooked to perfection. Once you get the seeds out, quickly check if they have the right level of crunchiness. If not, pop them in the Air Fryer basket once again for a couple of minutes.
