Air Fryer Quiche is a simple and satisfying recipe that requires only a handful of ingredients. With fluffy eggs, tender ham, and gooey cheddar cheese in a flaky pie crust, it’s no wonder this dish is eaten at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

INGREDIENTS
8inchfrozen pie crust
5largeeggs
¾cupheavy cream
1cupham, chopped
1cupcheddar cheese, shredded
1/3cupgreen onions, chopped
1/2tspsalt
1/2tsppepper
Prevent your screen from going dark
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the frozen pie crust in the air fryer basket and par-bake by air frying for 5 minutes at 350°F.
While the crust is baking, crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl and whisk until scrambled.
Next, add the heavy cream, ham, cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper to the bowl and combine.
When the 5 minutes are done, remove the crust and place it on a hot pad. Pour the egg mixture into the crust.
Then cover the quiche with foil, ensuring it’s not touching the filling.
Air fry at 400°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until the eggs are set. Then remove the foil and air fry for an additional 3 to 4 minutes to brown the pie crust and top of the quiche.
Allow it to rest for 5 to 10 minutes, then serve warm.
NOTES
I use Marie Callender's deep dish pie crusts.
I used leftover holiday ham in this recipe, but you can also use diced ham.
