Air Fryer Quiche is a simple and satisfying recipe that requires only a handful of ingredients. With fluffy eggs, tender ham, and gooey cheddar cheese in a flaky pie crust, it’s no wonder this dish is eaten at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

EQUIPMENT

  • Air Fryer
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Aluminum Foil

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 inch frozen pie crust
  • 5 large eggs
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup ham, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place the frozen pie crust in the air fryer basket and par-bake by air frying for 5 minutes at 350°F.
  • While the crust is baking, crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl and whisk until scrambled.
  • Next, add the heavy cream, ham, cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper to the bowl and combine.
  • When the 5 minutes are done, remove the crust and place it on a hot pad. Pour the egg mixture into the crust.
  • Then cover the quiche with foil, ensuring it’s not touching the filling.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until the eggs are set. Then remove the foil and air fry for an additional 3 to 4 minutes to brown the pie crust and top of the quiche.
  • Allow it to rest for 5 to 10 minutes, then serve warm.

NOTES

  • I use Marie Callender's deep dish pie crusts.
  • I used leftover holiday ham in this recipe, but you can also use diced ham.
  • Make this dish vegetarian by removing the ham.
