How to Make Quiche in the Air Fryer

  • Place the frozen pie crust in the air fryer basket and par-bake by air frying for 5 minutes at 350°F.
  • While the crust is baking, crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl and whisk until scrambled.
  • Next, add the heavy cream, ham, cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper to the bowl and combine.
  • When the 5 minutes are done, remove the crust and place it on a hot pad. Pour the egg mixture into the crust.
  • Then cover the quiche with foil, ensuring it’s not touching the filling.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until the eggs are set. Then remove the foil and air fry for an additional 3 to 4 minutes to brown the pie crust and top of the quiche.
  • Allow it to rest for 5 to 10 minutes, then serve warm.

Helpful Notes:

  • I use Marie Callender’s deep dish pie crusts.
  • I used leftover holiday ham in this recipe, but you can also use diced ham.
  • Make this dish vegetarian by removing the ham.

Storage and Reheating Instructions:

This quiche is delicious for breakfast the next day!

IN THE FRIDGE: Place in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

IN THE FREEZER: Quiche isn’t a good dish to freeze as the crust can become soggy and the eggs overcooked when reheating.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F until warm.
