Ingredients

  • 8.8 oz Peanut Butter Ritz Bits
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon sugar
  • 2 Tbsp White Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • pinch Salt

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Saucepan and spoon
  • Gallon-size bag

Method

  1. In a small saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar together.
  2. Stir continuously and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute and remove from heat.
  3. Stir in cinnamon and vanilla.
  4. Immediately add a handful of Ritz Bits to the saucepan and cover them individually in the sugar coating. Pick them up with a fork, allowing the excess coating to drain off and place them in the air fryer basket. They shouldn’t be overlapping but they can be touching slightly.
  5. Cook for 7 minutes or until bubbly.
  6. In a gallon size bag, shake together the sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  7. Toss the candied Ritz Bits into the bag in batches and shake to coat.
  8. Serve warm or at room temperature.
