This 15-minute Air Fryer Salmon recipe is super simple yet impressive- perfect for guests or a special dinner. Flaky salmon covered in herb and garlic butter is rich, tender, and oh-so-satisfying.

INGREDIENTS
26 ozsalmon filets
2tbspbutter, melted
1tspgarlic, minced
1tspfresh parsley or dill, chopped
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/4tspred pepper chili flakes , optional
Prevent your screen from going dark
INSTRUCTIONS
Season the filets with salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together butter, parsley, and garlic. Using a small basting brush, generously coat the filets with the butter mixture.
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F. When ready, transfer salmon to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Enjoy right away.
NOTES
Drizzle the salmon filets with lemon juice before serving for extra flavor.
If you use frozen salmon filets, add an additional 4-5 minutes to the cooking time.
If you don’t have a thermometer, you can tell salmon is cooked by the colour. Raw salmon is red, when it’s cooked it will be an opaque pink.
