This 15-minute Air Fryer Salmon recipe is super simple yet impressive- perfect for guests or a special dinner. Flaky salmon covered in herb and garlic butter is rich, tender, and oh-so-satisfying.

EQUIPMENT

  • Air Fryer
  • Basting brush

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 6 oz salmon filets
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper chili flakes , optional

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Season the filets with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix together butter, parsley, and garlic. Using a small basting brush, generously coat the filets with the butter mixture.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F. When ready, transfer salmon to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Enjoy right away.

NOTES

  • Drizzle the salmon filets with lemon juice before serving for extra flavor.
  • If you use frozen salmon filets, add an additional 4-5 minutes to the cooking time.
  • If you don’t have a thermometer, you can tell salmon is cooked by the colour. Raw salmon is red, when it’s cooked it will be an opaque pink.
