This Air Fryer Salmon recipe is a simple yet impressive meal for any day of the week. Rich, flaky salmon smothered with garlic butter and herbs is quick, flavorful, and satisfying.

🛒 Air Fryer Salmon Ingredients
- Salmon
- Butter
- Garlic
- Parsley or Dill
- Salt

How to Make Salmon in the Air Fryer
- Season the filets with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together butter, parsley, and garlic. Using a small basting brush, generously coat the filets with the butter mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F. When ready, transfer salmon to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Enjoy right away.
Helpful Notes:
- Drizzle the salmon filets with lemon juice before serving for extra flavor.
- If you use frozen salmon filets, add an additional 4-5 minutes to the cooking time.
- If you don’t have a thermometer, you can tell salmon is cooked by the colour. Raw salmon is red, when it’s cooked it will be an opaque pink.
Storage and Reheating Instructions:

IN THE FRIDGE: Once cool, place leftovers in an airtight container and enjoy for up to 3 days.
IN THE FREEZER: Store leftover salmon in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months.
