Air Fryer Shake and Bake Pork Chops are a fast and simple way to make an easy weeknight dinner. You'll love the flavor!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup bread crumbs, plain
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp seasoning salt
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 pork chops, bone-in

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pour all the dry ingredients (bread crumbs, cornstarch, salt & pepper, paprika, onion powder, parsley, seasoning salt and thyme) into a large freezer bag. Mix together well.
  • Add in one tablespoon of olive oil and mix until a sandy texture is created.
  • Coat each pork chop with the remaining olive oil in a bowl or on a plate.
  • Put the pork chops into the bag, one at a time. Mix the mixture around and coat the pork chops.
  • Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes to 400 degrees F.
  • Put the pork chops into the air fryer for 7 minutes of cooking time, then flip them and cook for another 7 minutes.   Cook until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145 degrees F.
  • Take the pork chops out of the air fryer and let them cool on a cooling rack. (This will prevent the bottom coating of the pork chops from getting soggy as they cool.)

NOTES

Store the leftover pork chops in an airtight container and keep them nice and cool in the fridge. They should stay fresh for up to 4 days.
