INGREDIENTS
1poundSirloin Steak, (room temperature)
1tbspOlive Oil
1tspWorcheshire Sauce
1tspSalt
1tspPepper
4tbspButter
1/2tbspGarlic Powder
1tbspParsley, (chopped)
Prevent your screen from going dark
INSTRUCTIONS
Cube your steak into 1 inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Add the olive oil, Worchestire sauce, parsley and salt and pepper to the bowl and toss to evenly coat.
Add the seasoned steak bites to your air fryer basket in a single layer, not overlapping.
Air fry at 400 degrees F for 7 minutes
While the steak bites are cooking, place your butter in a small mixing bowl and microwave it until melted. Toss in your garlic powder, chopped parsley and whisk together.
Once the steak bites are done cooking, toss them in garlic butter sauce and serve warm.
*These times cook to well done. If you prefer a bit more pink in your steak, try 370 degrees for 5 minutes and check the doneness. *And if you want a bit of char on the outside, use the broil mode for 1 minute extra.

Storage Instructions:
Your leftover Air Fryer steak bites can be transferred to a glass container and refrigerated for up to 2 days. To reheat them, you can microwave them if you don't mind the softness, or air fry them if you prefer the slight crispiness on the outside.
