INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for the Sweet Potato Casserole
14ozSweet Potato Yams, drained
1/2cupBrown Sugar
1/4cupButter, softened
1/4tspVanilla Extract
1/2tspCinnamon
1pinchSalt and pepper , to taste
Ingredients for the Topping
1cupPecans , chopped coarsely
2tbspMelted Butter
2tbspBrown Sugar
1cupMini Marshmallows

INSTRUCTIONS
Add the canned sweet potato yams to a large mixing bowl, then use a potato masher or mixer to roughly break them down.
Add the brown sugar, butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt and pepper to the yams and mix together until fully combined.
Spray a baking dish that fits into your air fryer with cooking spray (we recommend a 7 or 8 inch square pan or round springform pan) then add the sweet potato mixture and smooth out.
In a small bowl, mix together the pecans, melted butter and brown sugar then spread this topping over the sweet potatoes.
Air fry at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Open the air fryer basket and add marshmallows, close the basket and air fry for 2-3 more minutes or until the marshmallows have browned.
