This easy Air Fryer Whole Chicken will be a regular meal in your household! Perfecty seasoned, tender chicken with a delicious crispy skin is complete with carrots and red potatoes, a true one-dish wonder.

INGREDIENTS
4.5lbwhole chicken
2tbspoil, divided
2tsppepper, divided
2tspseasoning salt

INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the whole chicken from its packaging, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry.
Place the chicken on a large plate or cutting board and cover it with 1 tablespoon of oil, pepper, and seasoning salt.
Place the seasoned chicken breast-side down in the center of the air fryer basket. Set aside.
Quarter the potatoes and add them to a large mixing bowl with the baby carrots and season them with the remaining olive oil, remaining pepper, and salt. Toss to coat.
Pour the potatoes and carrots into the basket, making sure not to leave any on top of the chicken.
Air fry at 400°F for 30 minutes, flip the chicken breast-side up and cook for 20-30 more minutes or until cooked. It should reach an internal temperature of 165°F in the thickest part of the chicken.
NOTES
Ensuring there aren’t any veggies on top of the chicken will leave you with delicious golden skin.
