Place the frozen chicken cordon bleu patties in your air fryer basket, spaced apart enough so they are not overlapping and to allow the air to flow around the chicken.
Air fry on 380 degrees F for 18-20 minutes until crispy on the outside and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. (There is no need to spray the tops with cooking oil since the breading already includes oil and will release while cooking)
Some cheese might ooze out while cooking, that is perfectly ok. Just make sure to allow the chicken to rest a minute after cooking, the inside ham and cheese will be very hot.
NOTES
Reheat Chicken Cordon Bleu In The Air Fryer:
To reheat, place in the air fryer on 380°F for 5-8 minutes until heated through.Alternatively, you can also reheat in a 350°F oven or microwave until warmed through - however you'll likely lose a lot of the crispiness if reheating in the microwave.
Store Leftover Chicken Cordon Bleu:
Leftover chicken cordon bleu can be stored in an airtight container and kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
