These Air Fryer Bacon-Wrapped Scallops are absolutely drool-worthy! Seasoned with Old Bay seasoning and wrapped in bacon, these scallops are full of flavor and cooked to perfection in the air fryer. Finished off with a squeeze of fresh lemon, these bacon-wrapped scallops are fantastic on their own or as part of a meal.

🛒 Air Fryer Bacon-Wrapped Scallops Ingredients
- Sea Scallops
- Bacon
- Olive Oil
- Old Bay Seasoning
- Fresh Parsley
- Lemon Wedges
- Cooking spray

How to Make Bacon-Wrapped Scallops in the Air Fryer
- Spray the air fryer tray with cooking spray.
- Pat the scallops dry with paper towels and set aside.
- On the air fryer setting, cook the bacon at 400°F for 2-3 minutes, so the bacon is slightly cooked but still pliable to wrap around the scallops.
- Brush each scallop with olive oil, then season with the Old Bay seasoning.
- Wrap each scallop with half of a strip of bacon, and insert 1-2 toothpicks to hold the bacon in place.
- Place the wrapped scallops into your air fryer and cook on the air fry setting at 400°F for 8-10 minutes or until the scallops are fully cooked.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: To reheat, place bacon-wrapped scallops in the air fryer at 400°F for 2-4 minutes or until warmed through.

When cooked, scallops will be opaque and slightly firm to the touch.
You can cook frozen scallops in an air fryer, but you may struggle to wrap the bacon around them, and the bacon will cook differently. Therefore, I recommend you defrost them before cooking.Â
