  • Place them in the air fryer in a single layer.
  • Cook the bacon-wrapped pickles at 370°F for 10-12 minutes or until the bacon reaches your desired crispiness. Serve warm, and enjoy!

  • Air fryer sizes vary, so you may have to cook your pickles in batches.
  • If you want to use toothpicks to keep the bacon wrapped around the pickles, soak them in water for 10-15 minutes before using them to ensure they don’t burn.

Storage and Reheating Instructions:

These bacon wrapped pickles can be enjoyed for a few days and reheated quickly in the air fryer!

IN THE FRIDGE: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.

IN THE FREEZER: I don’t recommend freezing any leftovers of these bacon-wrapped pickles. When they thaw, they’ll be mushy.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: To reheat, place a single layer of bacon-wrapped pickles in an air fryer at 370°F for 3-5 minutes.

FAQS

What do I serve with bacon-wrapped pickles?

You can serve these delicious bacon-wrapped pickles on their own or with a dipping sauce! I especially like to dip them in ranch dressing.

Can I substitute mini dill pickles for pickle spears?

Yes, you can! You may have to cut the bacon slices in half as the pickles will be smaller.

What kind of bacon do I use on these pickles?

The bacon’s thickness will impact its final texture, so it’s up to you! If you prefer crunchy bacon, I recommend thin slices but if you like a chewier texture, try thick-cut bacon. Experiment with different cuts to find your favorite.
