How to Make Pecan Pie in the Air Fryer
- Place the uncooked pie crust in the air fryer basket and air fry at 320°F for 3-4 minutes. Then, remove the basket from the air fryer and leave the crust inside it while you prepare the pie filling.
- In a large bowl, stir together corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then pour them into the pie-filling bowl and combine.
- Add the pecans and mix until fully incorporated.
- With the pie crust in the air fryer basket, pour the pie filling into the crust, ensuring not to overfill. If you have more pie filling than needed, discard the extra.
- I recommend covering the pie with foil, so the pecans and crust don’t burn while cooking. Make sure to tuck the edges around the pie pan so the foil doesn’t fly up while cooking, as it’s not safe to touch the top heating element.
- Air fry at 350°F for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and continue for 5-10 minutes more until the middle is set and the top of the pecan pie and crust are golden.
- Open the air fryer and let the pecan pie cool in the basket or on a wire rack. Allow the pie to reach room temperature before serving.

Helpful Notes:
- I used a deep dish pie crust from Marie Callender.
- I used a Cosori Dual Blaze 6.8 Qt for this recipe which comfortably fits a 9-inch pre-made pie crust but be sure to check the size of your basket before making this recipe. You can also make your own homemade pie crust that fits properly in your air fryer.
- Allow the pie to cool completely before serving so the filling sets.

Storage and Reheating Instructions:
Enjoy Air Fryer Pecan Pie for days after making it, although we can’t guarantee there will be any leftovers!
IN THE FRIDGE: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
IN THE FREEZER: Once the pecan pie is completely cool, wrap it in plastic or foil, place it in a freezer bag or freezer-safe container, and freeze for up to 3 months.

FAQS
To defrost a frozen pecan pie, remove it from the freeze the day before serving and thaw it in the fridge overnight. Then, let it rest on the counter for 30 minutes before serving.
If your pie crust doesn’t have holes in it already, poke some in the bottom before baking to avoid air bubbles.
Air Fryer Pecan Pie can be served at any temperature! Enjoy it cold out of the fridge, at room temperature, or warmed up.
