HOW TO MAKE THE AIR FRYER MINI S’MORES PIES
- Break up the chocolate bar. Place 4 rectangles of chocolate into each crust.
- Bake the chocolate filled crusts for 2 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Place 12 mini marshmallows on top of the melted chocolate.
- Bake for 3 minutes at 350 degrees, or until they are toasted to your liking.
HELPFUL NOTES:
- Some people said that marshmallows fly around in their air fryer because they are so light but baking the chocolate first so that the marshmallows will stick to it will easily fix this problem.
STORAGE AND REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Once cooled, these may be covered and stored at room temperature for 3 days.
FAQS & SUBSTITUTIONS/VARIATIONS:
You can make your own graham cracker crumb crust at home by mixing crushed graham crackers with some melted butter. You can also try this with other crackers or cookies for your choice. Oreos (minus the creamy center) are a great alternative to consider working with.
You can actually use regular marshmallows for the air fryer mini s’mores pies, no doubt. However, it is actually a great idea to cut them up into smaller chunks to lend the pies a nice aesthetic appeal after they’re out of the air fryer.
The best part about this recipe is that you can go ahead and experiment to your heart’s content. Use Reese’s mini peanut butter cups, dark chocolate chips, orange chocolate or any other favorite chocolate flavor base that you prefer.

- I can’t find any premade mini graham crusts – how can I make these? Melt 2 Tablespoons of butter. Use a fork to mix in ½ cup of graham crumbs. Then spoon a heaping Tablespoon into 6 tart tins. Use your fingers to press this down slightly.
- Could I just use regular sized marshmallows? Yes, I would just recommend cutting them in half. Use 2 whole marshmallows cut in half for each mini pie.
- Could I try these with other chocolate? Yes, I also tested these with mini Reese’s peanut butter cups. I used 6 mini peanut butter cups in each one and they were delicious! Or, you could use chocolate chips, about 1 Tablespoon per mini pie, or whatever you like- no need to measure too carefully!
