- Next sprinkle on ½ a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 tsp of dried parsley flakes.
- Place the second tortilla on top of the first one then repeat all the steps: butter, garlic powder, parmesan, mozzarella, and parsley flakes.

- Cut into four pieces and serve with marinara sauce.
STORAGE AND REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
The Air Fryer tortilla pizza doesn’t do that well when stored for later- it is best to make it and enjoy it fresh. Even if you must, make sure you use an airtight container, and reheat it in the microwave if you want it to soften, or in the Air Fryer if you want that extra crunch.
FAQS & SUBSTITUTIONS/VARIATIONS:
You sure can! I’ve used flour tortillas, but you could totally use corn tortillas, multigrain tortillas, whole grain tortillas or even the low carb versions if you want to.
Pepperoni, sausage, ham, pineapples or veggies like olives, bell peppers, tomatoes, capers and mushrooms can all be great as toppings. Just remember to add them on the first tortilla, and then top it up with the second one. This will ensure that the hot air circulating through the Air Fryer doesn’t blow your toppings off the pizza.
Yes! You absolutely can! I have made it this way, too! Just add about a tablespoon of pizza sauce to each layer but make sure not to over do it or your pizza can get soggy.
