How to Make Cheesy Taco Sticks in the Air Fryer
- Unroll the crescent roll sheets and pinch the perforated seams together. Cut the crescent roll sheet into 10 equal rectangles using a cookie dough cutter.
- If you use leftover taco meat, warm it slightly in the microwave or stovetop. Then distribute the taco meat evenly among the crescent roll rectangles, leaving room around the edges.
- Cut the colby jack cheese sticks in half and place one half on each of the rectangles.
- Next, gather opposite ends of the dough and pinch them together over the center of the cheese stick. Repeat for the other sides, gathering the dough together and covering the meat and cheese entirely. Flip them over so the gathered dough is on the bottom.
- Melt butter and mix it with garlic powder.
- Brush each rectangle with garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley.
- Place the cheesy taco sticks in the air fryer, leaving space between each one. You may need to cook them in batches. Air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes.
- Flip the cheesy taco sticks and cook for 5-7 minutes more minutes or until browned and crisp to your liking.
Helpful Notes:
