Storage and Reheating Instructions:
These air fryer red potatoes are delicious the next day!
IN THE FRIDGE: Store in an air-tight container for 3- 4 days in the fridge.
IN THE FREEZER: Freeze these potatoes in a freezer-safe container for up to a month. I like to freeze each piece of potato individually on a baking tray before placing them in a bag or container, so the potato cubes don’t stick together.
REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: To reheat leftover potatoes, put them in the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes, shaking halfway through. To reheat from frozen, cook at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
