🥓🥬 🍅 These Air Fryer Hash Brown BLTs are Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato sandwiches’ crispier, heartier cousin from the deep South and they are here to stay! A fun spin on a traditional recipe that will leave your mouth watering and asking for more!

🛒 Ingredients

  • Hash Brown Patties (frozen)
  • Bacon
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce
  • Mayo
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to Make Hash Brown BLTs in the Air Fryer

  • Place 4 frozen hash browns in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes at 380 degrees F. Open the basket, flip hashbrowns and cook for additional 5 minutes at 390 degrees F. Set aside on a plate lined with paper towels.
  • Cut 4 slices of in half and place them in the air fryer basket, do not crowd or overlap. Cook for 10 minutes at 380 degrees F, flipping halfway through. Add the cooked bacon to the plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.
  • Rinse and cut tomato into slices. Tare lettuce leaves.
  • Make the BLTs: Start with one hashbrown, add tomato slices (shake on a pink of salt and pepper), lettuce leaves, and bacon.
  • Then spread mayo on the second hashbrown and top off the sandwich.

Storage and Reheating Instructions:

  • These can be stored in the refrigerator and reheated but they are best made and eaten fresh. I recommend making them one at a time instead of making multiple and keeping leftovers that need to be reheated.
