These Air Fryer Breakfast Bombs are a deliciously satisfying start to the day! Buttery biscuits stuffed with crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, and lots of gooey melted cheese are so amazing that you’re going to be making them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

  • Refrigerator Biscuits
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Eggs
  • Bacon
  • Butter
  • Salt

How to Make Breakfast Bombs in the Air Fryer

  • Cut the cheese evenly into 16 cubes and set aside.
  • Open the can of biscuits and split them in half. 
  • Add a teaspoonful of bacon, a spoonful of scrambled eggs, and a cheese cube to the biscuit. Then, pull the sides of the biscuit up and pinch them together to secure.
  • Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with salt.
  • Place the breakfast bombs in the air fryer, ensuring there is space between each one for them to grow. Cook at 350°F for 6 minutes. You may need to cook these breakfast bombs in batches.

Helpful Notes:

  • Make these vegetarian by using plant-based bacon or sausage.
  • To make these breakfast bombs extra special, sprinkle them with freshly grated parmesan cheese before cooking.
  • Add a little spice to the bombs by adding chopped jalapenos to the eggs while they cook or using pepper jack cheese.

Storage and Reheating Instructions:

These breakfast bombs last for days and make for an easy and delicious breakfast!

IN THE FRIDGE: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. 

IN THE FREEZER: Freeze the breakfast bombs in a freezer-safe container or bag, and freeze for up to 3 months.  

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Place the breakfast bombs in the air fryer at 350°F for about 3 minutes to reheat. If reheating from frozen, cook for 5-7 minutes or until warmed through.

Can I use breakfast sausage instead of bacon?

You can substitute breakfast sausage for bacon but be sure to use cooked sausage.
