How to Make French Toast in the Air Fryer
- In a wide, shallow bowl, crack each of the eggs and whisk them together.
- Add the milk, cinnamon, and vanilla to the eggs and thoroughly whisk all the ingredients.
- Lightly spray your air fryer basket with cooking oil. Then, doing so one slice at a time, dip the brioche bread in the egg mixture, coating both sides of the bread.
- Next, place as many pieces in your air fryer basket as you can without overlapping slices.
- Air fry at 350°F for 3-5 minutes, flip each piece, then air fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until golden.
- Top with your favorite toppings like fresh berries, powdered sugar, whipped cream, or syrup, and enjoy!
Helpful Notes:
- Each air fryer is different, so make a test slice of French toast if you haven’t made it in your air fryer before.
- This is a great meal to make when you have bread that’s going stale.
- Try different spices in the egg mixture, like apple pie spice or pumpkin pie spice.

FAQS
French toast can be frozen for up to 2 months. I recommend you freeze each slice separately on a baking tray before placing them in a bag or container so they don’t stick together.
French toast can get too soggy if the bread you use is super fresh. This recipe is a great way to use older bread as it soaks up the egg, leaving you with perfect French toast.
Air Fryer French Toast is a great meal on its own, but can also be served with eggs, bacon, sausage, and fresh fruit.
