HOW TO MAKE THE AIR FRYER S’MORES COOKIES
- Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Cut the cookie dough into ½ inch segments (or make them each out of 2 Tablespoon of cookie dough).
- Flatten the cookie dough pieces into discs and add 3 mini marshmallows to the center of each one. Ten fold the outside edges in and pinch dough together to create a stuffed cookie.
- Place 5 cookies onto the parchment paper in the air fryer. Make sure to leave space between them. You will have to make the cookies in two batches of 5 each.
- Bake them for 6 minutes at 325 degrees.
- Do not remove the cookies from the basket. Just open the air fryer basket and immediately press in 1-2 rectangles of chocolate into each cookie, then add 3-4 mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate and sprinkle on graham cracker crumbs.
- Return them to the air fryer and bake the cookies for another 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
- When the bake time is over, you will need to open the basket fully and let the cookies rest for a few minutes before removing them to a wire rack. These cookies are very gooey, just like s’mores so they need a bit of cool time to firm up before eating.
HELPFUL NOTES:
- These cookies just get better with time. After they cool, the marshmallows become chewier and even more delicious!
- 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Let them cool completely on the baking sheet, then serve.
- If you want more of that campfire look, you can use a kitchen torch or liter to lightly char the marshmallows!
- Make sure you use parchment paper in the air fryer. This will help your cookies retain their shape and keep them from dripping down into the air fryer basket.
- If your cookies seem soft even after the cooking time is finished, you can bake them for an extra couple minutes. Remember that they should be still be slightly soft and gooey.
- Don’t have mini marshmallows? You can make do with medium or jumbo sized marshmallows as well! Just make sure you cut them into the appropriate size though!
Oven Instructions:
Oven Instructions: If you want to make these in the oven, just line a 9X13 baking sheet with parchment paper. Follow the same steps but bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, then press the mini marshmallows, chocolate bars and graham cracker crumbles into the cookies and bake for another
STORAGE AND REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

FAQS:
While this recipe calls for the use of Hershey’s milk chocolate bar, you could actually enjoy a bit of variation and try experimenting with different kinds of chocolate as well. Ghirardelli’s dark chocolate can be a great choice, and you can also try the different flavored versions like peppermint, caramel, orange and so much more!
Don’t have marshmallows? You can make do with marshmallow fluff too!
This air fryer s’mores recipe is super versatile, which means you can bring in a lot of variation. Swap the chocolate squares in the recipe for peanut butter cups or even a generous spread of peanut butter or cookie butter of your choice.
While graham crackers are the best choice for this recipe, you can actually use any other crackers of your choice as well. To enjoy a more intense, chocolate flavor, you could also use chocolate cookies instead of the crackers.

NOTES
- The cookies must be stored in an airtight container. They can be kept at room temperature for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to 3 months.
- Do I have to use parchment paper to make cookies in the air fryer? Yes. Otherwise the cookie dough will drip through the holes, and will be very difficult to remove.
- The bake time is done but the cookies are not set – should I bake them longer? The cookies should be very soft, but should not be gooey when you finish the first bake time. If they are gooey, bake them for another 2 minutes before adding the chocolate and marshmallows.
- I don’t have mini marshmallows. Can I just use a regular size marshmallow? Yes, that will be fine. If you are going to use a jumbo marshmallow, you will want to cut it in half.
