How to Make Spiral Ham in the Air Fryer
- Remove the ham from its package and juices, lightly rinse, and pat dry. Set aside.
- Make a deep foil pouch inside your air fryer basket by crisscrossing two pieces of foil.
- Place the ham inside the center of the foil pouch.
- Pour the honey over the ham. Then sprinkle the brown sugar all over the ham. Finally, pour on the pineapple tidbits and juice.
- Use the sides of the foil to cover the ham entirely and air fry at 320°F for 20 minutes.
- Open the air fryer basket and carefully open the foil pouch. Liberally baste the ham with the juices at the bottom of the foil pan. Re-cover the ham and air fry for another 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, open the foil pouch and baste again. Leaving the foil pouch open, air fry at 350°F for 5- 7 minutes to brown the top of the ham.
Helpful Notes:
- All air fryers are different sizes, so be sure to choose the right size ham for your air fryer basket. I used the Cosori Dual Blaze 6.8 QT and removed the bottom grate to allow the ham to fit so the foil wouldn’t hit the top heating element. DO NOT LET YOUR FOIL TOUCH THE TOP ELEMENT as it will burn.
- Depending on the size of your foil, you might need to use more than two pieces to create a pouch.
- If you don’t have a baster, a spoon works, too!
