How to Make Hard-Boiled Eggs in the Air Fryer
- Add the eggs to your air fryer, placing them directly on the grate in the basket.
- Air fry at 250°F for 15-17 minutes.
- When done cooking, remove the eggs from the air fryer and place them in a large bowl with ice water. Allow them to cool for 5-10 minutes before peeling.
Helpful Notes:
- If this is your first time making hard-boiled eggs in the air fryer, I recommend making a test egg before doing a full batch, as air fryers vary and so will cook time.
- An ice bath is important to use as it will stop the eggs from cooking further and help cool them down quickly, making them easier to peel.
- Eggs make great snacks on the go, or use them to make egg salad sandwiches, deviled eggs, or add them to salads!
Storage and Reheating Instructions:
Hard-boiled eggs store well in the fridge and can be enjoyed for up to a week!
IN THE FRIDGE: Store the eggs unpeeled in the fridge for up to 7 days.
IN THE FREEZER: Hard-boiled eggs don’t freeze well, so I recommend you make a fresh batch each time.
